Event: NORRA’s Baja Mexican 1000
Location: Ensenada to San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico

Fast Facts: Known as “The Happiest Race on Earth,” NORRA’s Baja Mexican 1000 will take racers in vehicles of all types and eras through a week-long off-road odyssey. After two days of pre-race festivities in Ensenada, racers will head off on Saturday on two unique routes, with four-wheel machines heading to San Felipe and motorcycles going to El Rosario. They’ll meet back up in La Paz next Wednesday before finishing jointly in San Jose Del Cabo next Thursday.

Event: RallyX of Valkenswaard
Location: Eurocircuit, Valkenswaard, Netherlands

Fast Facts: The second RallyX event of the year builds on an exciting opening round at Montalegre in Portugal by bringing five classes to Valkenswaard for another doubleheader. While a talented Open 4WD field headlined by the First Corner FC2 will capture many of the headlines, deep entry lists in CrossCar and Open 2WD—the latter of which boasts 30 of the nearly 80 entries due this weekend—will comprise much of the competition. As Montalegre only produced a handful of double podium finishers, it’s anyone’s guess as to who will become a repeat winner first at Eurocircuit.
