Fast Facts: Tri-City Raceway last appeared on the ARCA West schedule in the 2003 season, when the series was still known as Winston West. Jason Jefferson, a frequent winner at the track in the former Northwest Series, scored the win in his first career West start, taking the lead from polesitter Kevin Richards with 28 laps to go. It marked the only win of his West series career.
