Fast Facts: After two years of sharing its race weekend with the Illinois State Fairgrounds dirt oval, Watkins Glen is back to its own race weekend for 2024. Last year, NASCAR Cup Series veteran Corey LaJoie scored the General Tire Pole Award and up-and-comer Connor Zilisch led most of the way, but it was eventual series champion Jesse Love who led just the most important lap—the last one—to cap off his longest winning streak of the season at four races.
