Jim Beaver eSports Goes eNASCAR Road Racing at Road America

Jim Beaver eSports will look to carry on the momentum of one of its best-ever results in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series with a return to road course racing tonight at Road America. The action can be seen live at 9PM ET at twitch.tv/iracing, with iRacing Countdown to Green preceding the broadcast at 8:30.

Two weeks ago at Nashville Superspeedway, teammates Blake Reynolds (#15 General Tire Ford) and Michael Guest (#9 Big Green Egg Ford) posted the first double top-five result in the team’s eNASCAR history, surviving eNASCAR Overtime to finish third and fourth after 103 laps. It was the fourth top-five and sixth top-10 for Guest in 10 starts this year, while Reynolds scored his second top-five and fourth top-10.

After Nashville, both Guest and Reynolds remain in the hunt for one of the 10 eNASCAR playoff spots that will be locked in later this summer. They sit ninth and 11th in the standings, respectively, and are two of the top five drivers currently looking to lock in a playoff spot on points. In the team standings, JBES currently sits second, just 10 points out of first; the team’s six top-fives, 10 top-10s, and average finish of 14 are each tied for the lead in their respective statistical categories.
