Last Week: Hingorani Wins First West Race at Irwindale

Sean Hingorani’s third start with Venturini Motorsports saw him hit ARCA Menards Series West paydirt for the first time, as the teenager took the checkered flag in the West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame 150 at Irwindale Speedway on Saturday night. Hingorani held off a late charge from Landen Lewis, while General Tire 150 at Phoenix winner Tyler Reif came home third.

Hingorani will run for both the West and East series championships with Venturini, as well as selected national series rounds. He finished three laps down in 16th at Phoenix to start the West season, but opened the East campaign with a fourth place run at Five Flags Speedway. The Irwindale race will air on CNBC on Sunday, April 23 at 12PM ET/9AM PT.

Looking Ahead

All three ARCA Menards Series divisions will have one more race remaining this month. Both the national campaign and the West Series will be in action on Saturday, April 22, with the ARCA Menards Series returning to Talladega Superspeedway for the General Tire 200 and the West racers heading to Kern County Raceway Park for the NAPA Nightvision 150. The East Series will head to Dover Motor Speedway on Friday, April 28 for the General Tire 125.

The Talladega round will air live at 12:30PM ET/9:30AM ET on FS1, with streaming on the FOX Sports app. The West and East Series races will stream live on FloRacing, and will each air on CNBC on tape delay on the following Sundays at 11AM ET/8AM PT. The weekend of April 22 will mark the first of 22 consecutive weeks where at least one ARCA division is in action, stretching through Thursday, September 14’s combined national and East Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
