Jim Beaver eSports Rolls Into eNASCAR Action at Kansas

The Jim Beaver eSports duo of Michael Guest and Blake Reynolds continues their chase for eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series glory tonight at Kansas Speedway. Coverage begins, as always, at 8:30PM ET at eNASCAR.com/live with Countdown to Green, while the green flag will fly at 9PM ET.

Both Reynolds (#15 General Tire Ford) and Guest (#9 Big Green Egg Ford) are coming off strong finishes in the previous event at the General Tire-backed Dover Motor Speedway. Reynolds climbed from 26th on the grid to finish 10th at the Monster Mile, while Guest worked his way up from 20th at the start to 11th at race’s end. Reynolds’ top-10 result ensured that a JBeS car has been in the top 10 in all six races to start the season, and Dover also marked the second time (Las Vegas) that both drivers have finished 11th or better.

As a result, the team remains within striking distance of the team championship lead, sitting six points out of the lead in second and four points ahead of third place. Reynolds is now sixth in the driver standings with a top-five and three top-10s, while Guest is 11th with two top-fives and three top-10s of his own. If last year is any indication, there’s plenty of reason to be optimistic in Kansas as well; last year, Guest finished sixth and Reynolds placed eighth, making them the only pair of 2022 season teammates to both earn top-10s here last season.
