iRacing Short Course Winter Series Wraps Up Tonight at Crandon

One of the longest-running short course off-road leagues on iRacing wraps up tonight at Crandon International Raceway, as the 2022 iRacing Short Course Winter Series concludes its 10-round campaign. The series, organized by Jim Beaver eSports driver and 2022 eShort Course World Cup champion Connor Barry, will take the green tonight at 10:30PM ET/7:30PM PT on Podium eSports.

It's been a phenomenal season for Barry thus far, with wins in seven of the first nine races in the Pro 4-based season including Tuesday’s penultimate round at Bark River. He carries a 34-point advantage into the final round of the season, while fellow JBeS driver Félix Roy ranks third in the standings with a shot at moving up to second. Josh Edmundson slotted between Barry and Roy at Bark River to give JBeS a lockout of the podium.

Alongside JBeS team participation, iRacing Short Course has one of the deepest fields of any short course league on iRacing, featuring numerous drivers who regularly contend for victories in eShort Course events and real-world off-road champions like Mason Prater, Sheldon Creed, and Darren Hardesty.

In addition to tonight’s season finale, series Most Popular Driver voting is open now, and will run through March 31 at 12PM PT. Be sure to cast your vote for your favorite JBeS driver in the poll!
